Project Management in Practice - Building Team Commitment.

On May 13 students of CEMS MIM of the Warsaw School of Economics will take part in a workshop titled "Project Management in Practice - Building Team Commitment". The workshop will be conducted by Mariusz Chudy from the Project Management Bureau and  Maciej Matejek, a participant of the Analyst Program ("Rozwój na Bank"). During the workshop students will learn the specifics of the project management discipline. The speakers will touch on such issues as: building team commitment, risk management in projects and management in an international virtual environment.
