The company operated under the joint trademark of Handlowy-Leasing S.A. until 9 January 2006.
Handlowy-Leasing S.A. in Warsaw and Citileasing Sp. z o.o in Warsaw were merged on 10 January 2006. The merged company now operates under the trademark of Handlowy-Leasing Sp. z o.o.
Business of Handlowy-Leasing Sp. z o.o. includes processing of medium- to high-value transactions, as well as supporting sales of equipment manufacturers and suppliers (the, so-called, vendor financing).
