Step 1: Applying

Visit the Citi Career Portal to see what roles Citi can offer you!

Step 2: Interviews

Once your application has been submitted via Our Career Portal, HR reviews it and in case you are suitable for the role you will be contacted to discuss the next steps.

The interviewing process may vary from job to job; usually it starts with a phone screening followed by in-personal interview/s; we might also ask you to fill out tests measuring your logical or numerical abilities, depending on the role. Please note the interviewing process might take a longer period of time as in most cases there are more than one interview sessions ahead of you per role. 

Step 3: Offer

Once you have  been selected for the role you will receive an offer from HR. The onboarding process starts once you have accepted our offer.
