McWhorter Alexander
Chairman of the Management Board
Alexander McWhorter is the Citi Country Officer (CCO) since 2018.
Alexander joined Citi in New York in 2003 in Market Risk Management, before moving to Corporate and Investment Banking in 2007 covering the Power sector. He served as a Director in the Risk CAO office for over three years.
As UK Chief Risk Officer he was responsible for the risk management of Citi’s UK legal entities as well as supporting the EMEA CRO on regional support and crisis management.
Alex holds a Masters of Business Arts in Management from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Williams College, Massachusetts, United States.

Sochinsky Vladyslav
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Board
Vladislav graduated from Kyiv National Economic University – MD in Business Administration, specialization banking.
He joined Citi in April 2002 in the role of Sales Dealer and in March 2003 was appointed as Acting Head of Treasury Department and since August 2004 as Head of Treasury.
On September 2005 was appointed as Member of the Management Board and from June 2008 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Before Citibank Vladislav worked in MicroFinance bank, Societe Generale Ukraine bank, and two local Ukrainian banks

Pelykh Nataliia
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Board
Nataliia graduated from Kyiv National Economic University – MA degree in Accounting and Audit.
Nataliia joined Citi Ukraine in 2002 and started carrier as an intern in the Operations & Technology department.
Since 2002, she has been working in various departments such as Local Payments Processing unit, Trade & Treasury Ops unit and obtained wide experience and profound knowledge in these spheres. Starting from 2010, Nataliia was appointed as a Head of Trade& Treasury Operations unit. As her carrier developed, a few more departments were added to the zone of Natalia’s responsibility. In February 2019 Nataliia was appointed as Acting O&T Head and since June 2019 as O&T Head. In September 2019 Nataliia was also appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Gerganov Artem
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Artem has MD in Banking affairs from East Ukrainian University and MBA from Steinbeis University (Germany).
Artem joined Citi in July 2011 as Relationship Manager and was appointed in February 2017 as International Companies Business Cooperation Division Head. In January 2023 Artem was appointed as International Corporate Business Department Head. In addition this role, Artem was announced as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in May 2023.
Before Citibank Artem worked in First Ukrainian International Bank, Erste Bank Ukraine, Bank Forum.

Olesia Piatchanina
Member of the Management Board
Olesia graduated from Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko – MD in International law.
Olesia joined Citi in September 2007 in the role of Securities Services Head. On December 21, 2018 Olesia was also appointed as Member of the Management Board.
Before Citibank Olesia worked in HVB Bank Ukraine on the position of Custody services specialist and Deputy Head of Custody Services Unit.

Havryliuk Bohdana
Member of the Management Board
Bohdana graduated from National University of Ostroh Academy – MA degree in Finance and Kyiv School of Economics – MA degree in Financial Economics.
Bohdana joined Citi in July, 2008 as Intern in Finance department and starting May 2009 was employed as Corporate Reporting Specialist within Finance.
In September 2017 Bohdana was appointed Deputy Chief Accountant and from November 2018 has been Acting Chief Financial Officer.
Since March 18, 2019 Bohdana is appointed as Chief Financial Officer and from June 11, 2019 – as Member of the Board.
In 2010 Bohdana has obtained the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) and is progressing through CIMA qualification currently.

Agar Tetiana
Member of the Management Board
Tetiana graduated from Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University with Master’s degree in law. Further - PhD program, “International Private Law” and courses provided by Institute of public policy (Geneva, Switzerland), “Analysis and management of public policy”.
She joined Citi in the role of AML Compliance Officer in January 2017and in April 2018 was appointed as Head of Financial Monitoring Department and Member of the Board.
Before Citibank Tetiana was dealing with various Compliance, Finance and Corporate Law issues in international financial institutions and firms that provided consultancy services to Ukrainian and multi-national companies.
