2 You must make all reservations through the Travel Center, at least 5 days in advance for airline and 3 days in advance for car and hotel, to receive your “Cash Back.” Cash Back is based on the base rate and doesn’t include taxes, surcharges or processing fees. There is a processing fee per ticket for all airline tickets booked. Confirmations will be sent directly to you—you cannot purchase tickets at the airport.
3 Reservations for conventions, conference accommodations, travel industry representatives rates, charter travel, consolidators, compassion fares, government rates, bereavement fares or frequent flyer redemption do not qualify for Cash Back rebates.
