Learning How to Get the Most from Your Card Program

Citi® is committed to ensuring you get the most out of your card program and training is a key component of our service model. We provide a wide variety of training opportunities that include instructor-led classroom training, webinars and on-demand reference materials such as job aids, end-to-end user guides, quick start guides and computer-based training. Our training provides something for everyone and is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to the most advanced users.

CLASS®

Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS), our learning management system, is an online portal to our on-demand training and reference materials. These comprehensive self-service materials are available 24/7 so you can access it anytime, anywhere. You can complete end-to-end training modules or you can select a single topic for a refresher. If you need to exit a course prior to completion, you can access it again and begin where you left off. When you complete a training module it is tracked on your Training Transcript and you can print a certificate of completion. You can also use CLASS to register for the Citi Learning Series.

Available on-demand training resources include:

  • Computer Based Training (CBT) – Access CBT modules for CitiManager, CitiDirect Card Management System (CCMS) and Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS).
  • Reference Documents – Access complete end-to-end user guides, quick start guides and job aids for CitiManager, CCMS and CCRS.

To Access CLASS:

To access CLASS, you’ll need a valid CitiManager Site username and password. For more information about accessing CLASS, refer the quick reference guide here.

  1. Navigate to www.citimanager.com/login and log in using your CitiManager Site Username and Password.
  2. From the CitiManager Site Home screen, click the Web Tools tab.
  3. From the Web Tools section, click the Citi Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS) link.

  4. From the CLASS Home screen you can click one of the catalog links to view the resources available for a specific tool, or you can use the Search feature.

To Obtain a Certificate of Completion:

Once a training module is completed, you may print a Certificate of Completion for your records by clicking the Diploma icon from your Training Transcript.
