Citi wird Ihre Kontoauszüge nicht parallel papierhaft zusenden, falls Sie dieses nicht explizit auf dem unten folgenden Formular angeben.

Bitte füllen Sie das unten folgende Formular aus und senden es per email oder Fax an die folgende Adresse, um sich für die Zustellung Ihrer Kontoauszüge per email anzumelden. Das Formular muss von einer unterschriftsberechtigten Person unterschrieben sein.
