For extra security, Citibank Online lets you control how sensitive information (like account or card numbers) is masked during your online banking session. By default, each time you Sign On to Citibank Online your information will be masked but you can temporarily unmask the information whilst you are Signed On to Citibank Online.
To activate this option, click CITIBANK ONLINE PREFERENCES, then choose MASKING SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
You’ll receive a One Time Password by text message. Type this into the box and click CONTINUE.

To hide all but the last four digits of each number, click Mask my Sensitive Information.
Click DONE to finish.
Your details will be masked for the duration of your online session.
