Following the Operational Integration of the former Citibank network to the network of Alpha Bank, which will be completed on Monday 20.7.2015, Citibank Online will be available only for Diners Club customers . Diners Club cards will be migrated in September 2015.
Useful information about accessing Citibank Online with your Diners Club card after 20.7.2015
If your registration to Citibank Online was performed with your Diners Club card, then you will continue to have access the same way.
If your registration to Citibank Online was performed with your DebitCard and you are also registered to e-Statements, then please note that until the end of September, and in order to ensure that you are properly informed for your card, we will provide you with your monthly statement via mail and also notify you by SMS (Alerts service) for the transactions of your Diners Club card. After Diners Club migration to Alpha Bank’s systems, we will arrange for your registration to Alpha Web Banking so that you will be able to easily access your e-Statement and view your card’s transactions online.
In order to register to Citibank Online using your Diners Club card, follow below steps:
Select “Sign on to Citibank Online” and on the next page, select “First time here?” in order to set your User ID and password.
In order to be authenticated, below elements will be required:
1. Diners club card number
2. ATM PIN
3. CVV2
Following the accurate input of above elements, you will be able to set your User ID and password.
For a successful login to Citibank Online, you will need to input your User ID, your password and the One Time Pin (OTP) that you will receive through SMS at your mobile.
