Emergency Cash - If you misplace your wallet or get caught in a bind while traveling, use Citi’s Emergency Cash services to access your money at the nearest Citi banking location. Citigold clients are able to withdraw up to USD 10,000 of emergency cash (or in available denominations) free of charge.
ATM Access - With over 1.4 million Citibank and shared ATMs, and 550 Citigold Centers, you can be assured there's a Citibank near you. For Citigold clients, withdrawals at Citibank ATMs are free worldwide.
Citigold Home Connect - Citigold Customers can contact their local Citigold Phone Banking Service via a single toll-free number 800-2484-2633 (i.e. 800-CITI-CODE) and request assistance for free. Customers no longer have to memorize multiple telephone numbers for various banking services. Citigold Customers are waived off their Emergency Cash fee.
