| How do I avail the free airport lounge facility? |
|
You can visit any of the participating lounges mentioned in our brochure and present your Citibank Ultimate Credit Card to get complimentary access to the airport lounge. The lounge staff will swipe your card at the lounge reception to verify its active status. You will not be charged the lounge fee. You will be required to sign on a ‘record-of-visit voucher’ as an acknowledgement of your visit.
There are only three airport lounges where you will be required to present an additional coupon along with your Ultimate Credit Card. These airport lounges are at: Tehran, Toronto and Vancouver airports. |

| How do I get the Free Lounge Access Coupon for the above mentioned airports? |
|
You would have received the coupons from Citibank along with a letter introducing the benefit. If you have not received this so far, please call our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking Service on 1756 4653. We will send this across to you within 4 working days. |

| Can supplementary cardmembers avail of this facility? |
|
Your supplementary cardmember can use his/her Citibank Ultimate supplementary credit card to gain access to the participating lounges. The process to access the lounge remains exactly the same as that for a primary cardmember. Supplementary cardmembers need not be accompanied by primary cardmembers to avail of the facility. |

|
The lounge access to participating lounges in the program is complimentary to Ultimate Cardmembers of Citibank Bahrain. |

You can enjoy complimentary access to the listed airport lounges across the world. Some examples of the locations where we provide complimentary lounge access are: Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Karachi, Kuwait, Jeddah, Beirut, Cairo, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva,
New York (JFK) and Bangkok. The complete list is mentioned earlier. |

| How can the customer apply for this service? |
|
All Citibank Ultimate Credit Cardmembers are automatically enrolled for the service and they need not fill out any separate form. |

| How many members can access airport lounges? |
|
Only the cardmember holding a valid Citibank Bahrain Ultimate Credit Card can avail this facility. |

| How many number of times can I visit any lounge? |
|
You can visit any number of times at any of the participating lounges during the year without any cost, as long as your Citibank Ultimate Credit Card is valid. |

| Can I take a guest with me to the lounge? |
|
No. Guests are not eligible for free airport lounge access. Entry for any guests is subject to rules and regulations of the respective lounge and may vary from lounge to lounge. All guests will be charged at the lounge rates. |

| What facilities can I get at the lounge? |
|
As a Citibank Bahrain Ultimate Cardmember, you can use all the facilities available at the participating lounges. |

| Can I use the lounge irrespective of the airline I am flying with? |
|
Yes. All participating lounges in our list are open to all Citibank Ultimate Credit Cardmembers, irrespective of the airline you fly with. |

| What if I am traveling on economy class? |
|
This privilege is accessible to Citibank Ultimate Credit Cardmembers, irrespective of class of travel or airline. |

| What if I want to visit a lounge but I don’t have my Citibank Ultimate Credit Card with me? |
|
You need to present your valid Citibank Ultimate Credit Card to gain access to the lounge . The lounge staff will not be able to grant you access if your Ultimate Credit Card is either not presented or not active . It is therefore important to always carry your Citibank Ultimate Credit Card with you. |
