Sears Card®

Where can I use my Sears Card®?
All members of the Sears Holding Company family of companies, including:
  • Sears
  • Kmart
  • Sears Essentials
  • Sears Grand
  • Sears Hardware
  • Sears Auto Centers
  • Sears Hometown Stores

You can also use your Sears Card® at Sears Repair and Home Services, Sears Dental, Sears Portrait Studios, Sears Optical, Sears and Sears Travel.

  • On the internet through Account Online
  • By mail. For our payment address, select the Contact Us page. Please indicate your Sears account number on your check to ensure fast and accurate processing.
  • At a Sears or Kmart store

Sears MasterCard® Card

What makes the Sears MasterCard® card different than a Sears card®?

The Sears MasterCard® card offers the same great benefits as a Sears Card®, but it may also be used at millions of locations that accept MasterCard® credit cards. It can also be used for cash advances at thousands of ATM and branch banks all over the world, if your account has a cash advance feature.

How do I transfer balances to my Sears MasterCard® card?

If your account has a balance transfer offer available, simply sign-on to Account Online and select "Complete an Online Balance Transfer Check" under the Tools & Services Menu, then choose the offer available for your account and follow the instructions. Or, when your card arrives, use your home phone to call the number that is provided with your new card. If you qualify for an offer, we'll contact your other lenders and move those balances to your new Sears MasterCard®, subject to credit approval. Please have the names and addresses of your lenders, your account numbers and your balance amounts ready when you call.

What types of balances can I transfer?

If your account qualifies and subject to credit approval, you can transfer balances from your bankcards and store credit cards to your Sears MasterCard® account. You can also transfer your auto, student or personal loans. We cannot balance transfer to a checking account, savings account, another person, the IRS, or another account issued by Citibank, N.A. or its affiliates.

How would a Sears Commercial One® account benefit my business?
It allows you to:
  • Make all your business purchases at Sears by phone, fax and in-store--with one convenient account.
  • Simplify expense tracking, bookkeeping and more.
  • Track purchases with itemized invoice detail.
Will this account help to simplify my record keeping?

Yes. You will receive both a monthly statement of all account transactions as well as invoice detail for current purchases and credits.

How do I apply for a Sears Commercial One® account?
There are 2 easy ways to apply:

If I register for Account Online, will I still receive paper statements in the mail?

Registering for Account Online does not stop paper statements; however, you can enroll in paperless statements at the time of Account Online registration. You can also make changes to receive paperless statements by accessing the appropriate Account Online options any time after your account is registered.

New Cards

Will a new card automatically be sent to me when my card expires?

Your account status is reviewed at the time of expiration. If it is open and in good standing, a new card(s) is automatically sent to you if you qualify. A new card(s) is sent to you prior to the expiration date so you will have it when the old one expires.
