Click Here: This section must be signed and completed if you'd like Citi to purchase Wal-Mart Trade Acceptance and shorten your Days Sales are outstanding. If you'd prefer to receive payment upon maturity, please do not send this Section 9. The balance of the paragraph beginning with “If you have been approves…. Until…Section 9” will remain.
If you have been approved for financing and wish Citi to purchase Wal-Mart's Accepted Draft upon their approval, you must also attach page 6. Titled: "9.If Vendor wishes to participate in the optional Draft Discounting Program, then please complete Section 9 in full and ensure that you've signed and endorsed the draft. If you do not wish Citi to purchase this draft, you do not need to present Section 9".

Documents will be examined in accordance with the Open Account Standard Document Preparation and Checking Requirements For Wal-Mart.
