* If a demand for payment has more than fifteen (15) invoices, Citi will consider the presentation as multiple demands of payment and assess fees accordingly.

Our Open Account Document Presentation service allows you to present documents to Citi for examination of documents and prompt notification to Nine West for further action.

Other Vendor-Paid Fees:

• The above Document Presentation Service Fees will be deducted from proceeds paid to Vendor.
• The above Document Presentation Service Fees are subject to change from time to time by Citi in its sole discretion
