Welcome Letter

Greetings!

I write this opening note as the summer is beginning to wane and we all start the shift into Fall. The Citi team has been heavily focused on final preparations for the annual GSA Training Forum which will likely be behind us as you read this note. We firmly hope that the event this year will have provided those attending with a deeper understanding of Citi’s tools, products and an introduction to many of the members of our team who support this program. We also hope to come away from the forum having met many of you in person!

In the weeks ahead, many of you will be hearing from us in response to feedback you provided as part of the 2024 Voice of the Client annual survey. We have spent many hours reviewing the results, both at a program-wide level and at an agency level. We very much appreciate the time taken to participate and to let us know what is going well and where there is opportunity for improvement. In particular, the verbatim comments add a level of context to the scoring and bring the feedback to life. Internally, we are in the process of sharing the survey results with partners who support this program, to include our servicing and technology groups. Lastly, we will be reaching out to some of you to pursue a deeper dive and/or clarification in areas where we wish to intensify focus. Thank you again!

We recognize that many of you are looking ahead to end-of-fiscal year requirements and activities. We are already working with some agencies and organizations on how we can support special needs that come with the end of your budget year. Please reach out where we can assist. Otherwise, please accept our best wishes for a pleasant end to your summer and a hearty welcome to Fall!
