Welcome Letter
I write this as we kickoff the 2024 calendar year. We trust that you enjoyed a safe and relaxing holiday season and are charged up for the remainder of your fiscal year. I find this is always a good time to pause and take stock of what we accomplished together in 2023:
2023 saw record spend on your cards. Total spend was up 14% compared to fiscal year 2022. We also saw the SP3 product footprint expand to include the use of Virtual cards – both for travel and for vendor purchasing. We know that the decision to be the first agency to adopt a new product can be daunting and we want to thank our early adopters for delivering proof of concept. We are excited about new use cases we are hearing from many of you and look forward to the work ahead as we expand card adoption beyond the traditional program.
2023 was also a year of change when it came to Citi online tools. While the work continues on the presentation and navigation layer of CitiManager®, the scope has now expanded to include enhancements to Citi Reporting (CCRS). A high level overview was provided to agencies who participated in the quarterly TAG meetings during our December agenda.
As we face the next three quarters of fiscal year 2024, we remind you that we are here to serve and we look forward to working with you to support your mission. Keep us in mind as you are mapping out your goals and priorities – we would welcome an opportunity to have a seat at the table in hopes we can identify solutions and strategies to help you achieve your agency goals.

This quarter’s newsletter focuses on updates and enhancements made to or planned for CitiManager® and Citi Reporting (CCRS) in 2024.
To increase awareness of changes forthcoming to CitiManager®, Citi will begin emailing a quarterly communication directed to A/OPC’s. As the upgrades and enhancements move closer to launch, the communication will provide more detailed information including screen shots.
