GSA SmartPay^® Training Forum

Citi^® was proud to take part in the 2017 GSA SP2 Training Forum held in Phoenix, Arizona. Of the more than 2,800 agency personnel registered, Citi clients accounted for more than 2,200 A/OPCs who were able to take part in the 33 separate courses we offered. With the multiple offerings throughout the forum, Citi facilitated 134 classes, 77 of which were hands-on and 57 lecture, and we had 832 A/OPCs visit our one-on-one computer lab. Approximately 100 Citi personnel from all across the U.S. assisted with the preparation and attended this very important annual event and we appreciate the feedback we received from many of the A/OPCs who attended.

We recently learned that the 2018 SP2 training forum is slated to start on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Monday, August 6 is again being made available to those agencies who wish to take advantage of having many of their A/OPCs together to conduct agency specific training, as needed. With the SP2 contract coming to a close in November, 2018, we anticipate that there will be a greater need for hands-on EAS training and plan to staff those sessions to accommodate the increased need. We look forward to seeing all those who attend and welcome any input around any unique subject matter that is of interest to you. This can be relayed via the agency lead A/OPC’s to your Citi Account Manager or your Client Account Specialist (CAS).
