Embracing Digital - Reminders & FYI's

The Digital Quick Reference Guide (QRG) is designed to assist cardholders in quickly understanding how they can access the Citi EAS and take advantage of the options available to them. The QRG is available in .pdf format in the Help section of CitiManager® or by contacting your Citi representative. This can be distributed to your cardholders as part of the Go Digital initiative.

Account Alerts

REMEMBER: The following alerts are able to be defaulted to 'enabled' for your registered, CitiManager cardholders. Cardholders will also have the option to update their alert preferences on an individual basis, if need be.

  • New Statement Available - Receive notification when your statement is available to be viewed, downloaded, or printed in CitiManager.
  • Payment Due - Receive notification when there are five days before your payment is due on your account. This helps to avoid delinquencies and suspensions.
  • Declined Transaction - Receive a real-time notification as to when and why your transaction is being declined. This will help you to quickly resolve any declined transaction issues and limit any disruptions in the program.
  • Available Credit Remaining - Receive a real-time notification when a transaction reduces the available credit remaining percentage to less than or equal the notification percentage amount set by the cardholder. (in other words the cardholder will be alerted when they only have 20% of their credit limit still available).
  • Card Activation Reminder (available early January 2017) - Receive a notification reminder to activate your new Citi SmartPay Card. This will help you begin making official government-related charges when you need to and mitigate any delays you may encounter.

Online Statements

Citi offers electronic statements, which allow cardholders the ability to access their account statements:

  • Sooner, as opposed to relying on the postal service to deliver them
  • From anywhere in the world, 24/7, using CitiManager or CitiManager Mobile
  • And as a result, decrease the environmental footprint with decreased use of paper statements
