To sign up for estatements, the customer is required to complete and sign the attached estatement agreement and authorization form. The signed documents are returned to the attention of Account Services Unit. The customer indicates the e-mail addresses of all those who should receive the statements, the accounts they are entitled to receive statements for and their corresponding mobile phone numbers. Once the forms are duly signed per current mandate, they are returned to Citi for activation. The organization can choose an unlimited number of people who will receive the e-Statements directly in their e-mail inbox.
