What is e-Statements?

e-Statements is a service that delivers account summary statements in PDF format for corporate cash accounts held with Citibank branches in Australia and New Zealand via a password-protected email at the end of the reporting period.

What are the benefits?

e-Statement are secure, convenient and easy to access. e-Statements are secure and convenient. They are delivered to designated group email inboxes in PDF format and can be stored by recipients directly on their computers for easy access.

What types of organisations are best suited for e-Statements?

e-Statements are suitable for organisations that are not active users of CitiDirect BESM and are looking to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

How much does e-Statements cost?

e-Statements are provided free of charge.

How do I sign up for e-Statements and when will I start receiving my electronic statements?

To get started, download the enrolment form, which must be completed and signed by authorised officers of your organisation, and email it to: tts.accservices@citi.com

Once you have signed up to e-Statements, you will receive a welcome email with information on setting up Secure Email. Secure Email can be set up in two ways:

  1. You can wait until your next statement is sent via email, and then use the one-time registration process outlined (the registration should be completed within 72 hours of receipt); or
  2. You can contact the secure email help desk to be set up prior to your next statement date.

The registration process is required to allow you to set your own password, which is used to encrypt the initial and all subsequent emails. Help is available 24 hours a day by calling + 1 866 535 2504 or +1 904 954 6181 or by email at: secure.emailhelp@citi.com

Your first electronic statement will either be delivered the same month you register for e-Statements or the following month. This will depend on the date you register and the cycle of your current statements.

After I sign up for e-Statements, do I need to deactivate my paper statements?

No. When you sign up for e-Statements, you also suppress your paper statements. If you would like to continue to receive paper statements, contact your Citi Client Service Manager.

What is CitiDirect Statements?

The CitiDirect BESM Online Banking platform allows authorised CitiDirect users to conveniently access Citi account transaction statements on demand. Authorised users can also set up the automatic delivery of statements to specified email addresses securely by CitiDirect BESM's Automated File and Report Delivery (AFRD) functionality. Please note that these statements have the same information as your paper statements, but are in a different format.

What are the benefits?

CitiDirect BESM account statements are secure, convenient and easy to use. Only authorised users can log on to CitiDirect BESM to access the account statements but the number of people in your organisation that can be granted access to view these statements is unlimited. In addition, statements can be downloaded in multiple formats (PDF, CSV or RTF) for print and can be scheduled to be automatically emailed to up to ten email addresses.

What types of organizations are best suited for CitiDirect Statements?

CitiDirect BESM statements work best for companies that are actively using CitiDirect BESM Online Banking. If your organisation is not using CitiDirect BESM and you would like more information, contact your Citi Client Manager.

What is the cost of CitiDirect Statements?

CitiDirect BESM statements are provided free of charge.

How can I sign up for CitiDirect BESM statements?

All CitiDirect BESM clients with cash accounts held in Australia and/or New Zealand have access to their electronic statements. Contact your organisation's System Administrator to gain authorisation to CitiDirect BESM statements. Then download the e-Statements Enrolment/Suppression form and select Option 2 to supress your paper statements for the associated entity. This must be signed by authorised officers of your organisation or company, and the completed form must be emailed to: tts.accservices@citi.com
