55 Lee Robins Citi Services Head of Cyber Security Lee Robins is a Director, in Citi’s Chief Information Security Office and is Global Head of Cyber Security for Citi’s ‘Services’ Businesses. He is responsible for end-to-end Information Security and Cyber oversight for this business extending from the Front Office; through to back-office operations; and the Technology that supports both areas. His key priorities are Business and Technology Cyber Incident Response andManagement; developing and improving Citi’s proactive approach to business-specific Cyber risk; Secure Asset Management; Application and Systems Security; Physical and Environmental Security; supporting the development andmaintenance of Secure Operational Procedures and Practices; secure and robust Access Control implementations, Secure SystemDevelopment, and Information Security Incident Management. Prior joining Citi, Lee held a variety of finance, consulting, and audit roles in global organizations such as PwC, American International Group (AIG) and American Express. Lee is a Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered and Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker CEH and CISSP, CISA, CISMqualified. He has been with Citi for 18 years. As well as holding roles in Compliance, Lee was also the Head of EMEA Technology Infrastructure Risk & Controls for 7 years. Lee graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London) with a degree in Economics and Philosophy and has a postgraduate degree in Economics and Econometrics.
