Kausar joined Citi in 2005 as a software engineer responsible for implementing PeopleSoft ERP applications globally. She is credited for her versatility in the business and technology space for quickly understanding and implementing different technologies such as Business Objects, Business Process Management, Rules Engine, and Cloud and Big Data. Citi Marketplace and OneApproval are some of her major Citi-wide implementation achievements. Prior to joining Citi, Kausar worked at Nomura Bank as a PeopleSoft Implementation Specialist. In her last position, she implemented GL, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, HR and CRMmodules. Educational Background, Certifications, and Programs: • Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut • Graduate of Citi’s Women’s Developing Talent Program (Class of 2014) • Member of Citi’s Emerging Talent Program since 2015 • Implemented Peer Coaching program for Women’s Leadership Council • Member of Grace Hopper coding programs in New York and New Jersey
