Ron Chakravarti Global Head of Client Advisory, Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions Ron Chakravarti leads a global teamwith responsibility for providing Citi’s multinational corporate clients with advice on treasury and working capital management practices, and Citi’s global product management teams with insights into emerging client needs to shape solution strategies. The team also works closely with Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory andMarkets divisions towards “One Institutional Bank” advisory and solutions for clients. Based in New York City, Ron has been with Citi for 14 years. His prior experience includes treasury consultancy at Treasury Strategies (nowNovantas), leadership roles in transaction banking at ABN AMRO and Standard Chartered Bank, and corporate banking at NationsBank (now Bank of America). Ron’s career spans Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the US. Ron is a frequent speaker at treasury conferences around the world and has authored numerous research papers and articles on treasury, risk, and working capital management topics. He holds anMBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of East Anglia, UK.
