Mark Waggoner Koch Industries, Inc. Mark is an Assistant Treasurer for Koch. His primary responsibility is the leadership of Koch’s Global Treasury CashManagement & Operations Capability, which provides treasury services to Koch Companies worldwide. Mark’s previous roles have focused on treasury and operations in Koch’s trading and investment capabilities. Before joining Koch in 1996, Mr. Waggoner worked for Grant Thornton for two years, and graduated fromKansas State University inManhattan, KS. He and his wife Andrea have three children.
