47 Femi Rowaiye Global Head of Client Experience and Project Management Office, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Femi Rowaiye is a Managing Director and the Global Client Project Management Office (PMO) Head as well as the Global Client Experience Head for TTS at Citi. He is responsible for the execution and delivery of large, complex client mandates across CashManagement, Commercial Cards and Trade and is also responsible for executing strategic client experience initiatives that cut across all products, regions and functions. Femi is a member of the TTS Global Executive Committee (TTS ExCo). Prior to his current role, Femi was the Global Business Head for WorldLink ® and Cross-Currency Payments. WorldLink ® is a leading multicurrency payments solution with integrated foreign exchange (FX) capabilities for Corporates, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Banks and Public Sector clients and operates in over 130 countries. Femi joined Citibank UK in 1998 as a Senior Business Analyst. Between 1999 and 2002, he transferred to Citibank Nigeria where he held Senior Operations positions. In 2002, he re-joined the Operations and Technology Regional Office Re-engineering team in London, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of key re-engineering initiatives. He joined the EMEA CashManagement business as Head of Business Re-engineering in 2004, and in 2005 was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the EMEA TTS Product Organization. He subsequently assumed the position of Regional Head of TTS Implementations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), a role he held until 2013.
