Mohit Narula Global Head of CitiConnect, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Mohit Narula is the Global Head of CitiConnect for Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business. In his current role, he leads the global team responsible for Connectivity solutions (across File, API, SWIFT & ERP) for both Cash Management and Trade Services. He also provides oversight for all API integration projects that involve complex solutioning. His focus is to liaise with customers and provide an enhanced onboarding experience; enabling the integration of their systems with Citi and hence striving to ensure that connectivity solutions serve as an enabler for improved business performance. Mohit has worked in the banking industry since 2002, and held a wide variety of roles. He joined Citi in India over 18 years ago, as part of the Corporate Technology Team. There he managed multiple Payments & Receivables applications and subsequently took over as the Transaction Services Network Product Manager in 2007. In this role, Mohit managed all vendor and correspondent bank relationships. He then moved on to become the Head of Implementation and Channels function for TTS India, a role which he managed for 5 years, before moving to New York in 2018. Mohit has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) fromMumbai University and Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
