45 Nick Nadgauda Global Head of Technology, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Nick Nadgauda is Global Head of Technology for Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business. His teams run the platforms and strategy that underpin TTS’s $10 Billion CashManagement, Trade Financing, and Commercial Cards businesses. They operate inmore than 95 countries and clear over three trillion dollars per day. Prior to joining Citi in 2004, Nick was the Vice President of Professional Services for Confluent Software, a company specializing in web-services management that was eventually acquired by Oracle and also the co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Invertica, a software company specializing in web-services and integrationmiddleware. He began his career withMotorola’s Corporate Research Labs working on wireless communication algorithms and holds six patents in the space. Nick has a Bachelor of Science fromCornell University and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan. He grew up in Staten Island, New York and now resides in Chatham, New Jersey with his wife Elena, a child clinical psychologist, and their two children, Sofia and Lucas.
