43 Ram Jupudi Global Head of Billing and Statements, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Ram Jupudi is the Global Head of Billing and Statements for Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business within the Services division. In this role, Ram is focused on ensuring a seamless experience for our clients when it comes to efficiently managing their fee expenses and identifying opportunities to drive optimal growth at a global scale. He has a long history at Citi for almost two decades where he held leadership roles in Trade services, Cards and Platforms & Data Solutions. Prior to his current position, Ramwas the Product Head for Digital Onboarding. He was also instrumental in rolling out CitiDirect, an industry leading and award winning global digital banking platform. Prior to Citi, Ram held management roles at Mastech, iFrame and Convergys where he was responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions for clients in Banking.
