Scott Damassa Global Head of E-commerce, Technology and Communications Sales, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Scott Damassa is the Treasury and Trade Solutions Global & North America Sales Head of eCommerce, Technology and Communications (ETC). He manages the teams that are responsible for ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience with Citi that leads to new opportunities to partner together. Scott’s teams are responsible for building solutions for those new opportunities that help our clients increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve their customers experience. In addition, Scott is responsible for the Global & North America eCommerce strategy, which focuses on product development and solution packaging across all industries. Scott has been with Citi for 15 years and has held a diverse number of positions across the North America (NAM), and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) sales organizations, including: Summer Analyst, Analyst, Business Management, Product Sales, Solution Sales, Sales Industry Sector Head, and Sales Region Head. Scott has worked in Los Angeles, New York, and London. He is a hybrid worker that splits time between Citi’s San Francisco office, his home, and business travel. Scott holds a BA fromPomona College in California and resides in the San Francisco/Bay Area with his family.
