Will Artingstall Global Co-Head of Cross-Border Payments, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi Will is newly appointed (Aug) as the Global Co-head, Cross-Border Payments and Receivables. In this role, he is the business head for all of Treasury and Trade Solutions cross-border payments products includingWorldLink, Cross-Border Funds Transfer, Cross-Border Receivables and the FX JV within Citi. He is New York based and forms part of Citi’s Global Payments and Receivables Exco. Prior to this, Will was based in San Francisco as the Emerging Payments and Business Development Director. His work there focused on the future design of payments products and delivery of Citi’s global ‘network of the future’ for Citi’s West Coast clients as well as delivering payments thought leadership. Before joining the global payments and receivables teamhe was the TTS Head for South Africa, responsible for all of Citi’s CashManagement and Trade Products in the country. He has also held a number of leadership roles in the country including: Responsible Senior Officer for Citi with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA), director of the tier 2 banks holding company in the local clearinghouse (Bankserv) and served on numerous industry advisory boards aroundmodernisation of payments infrastructure in Southern Africa. Will started his career at Citi as a GTS analyst and is now in his 13th year with the firmhaving held prior roles in Liquidity Management Services and Client Sales Management. He started his career in the engineering field working in construction, project management andmining. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, a Bcom LawDegree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Diploma in project management.
