25 Vivian Bernard The Procter & Gamble Company Vivian is Director of Global Banking in the Financial Services and Solutions Division of The Procter & Gamble Company, responsible for banking related Acquisitions/Divestitures execution and Transactional Banking Services Policies and Procedures. Prior to Vivian’s current Global Banking role, she held numerous positions globally in P&G’s Corporate Treasury since joining the firm in 1992, including the positions of Head Trader in Foreign Exchange and Global Cash Pooling, working in Germany and Belgium and the U.S. Vivian is currently located in Cincinnati. In 2015, Vivian was inducted into P&G’s CFO Circle, a highly selective & prestigious recognition, for her excellence in Treasury & Banking.
