23 Lisa Tana The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. Lisa Tana is an accomplished treasury practitioner with a focus on optimization of treasury operations best practices. She currently leads the treasury operations team as Senior Director, Global Treasury Operations, for The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. a global provider of marketing solutions with 58,500 employees, present in all major worldmarkets, specializing in advertising, digital marketing, communications planning, media, public relations, and specialty marketing. She has worked within Interpublic’s treasury department for the last 18 years and has played a pivotal role in optimizing global cashmanagement and liquidity, investment and risk management, and financial strategy. Her main focus is dedicated to operational excellence supported by technology and has been playing an integral role for Interpublic’s critical treasury transformation project aimed to elevate treasury systems, process improvement, and resource deployment. Prior to Interpublic, she worked at Cendant Corporation up until the travel and real estate conglomerate disbanded in 2005. She obtained her undergrad andMBA fromBinghamton University.
