15 Joshua Gordon Kyndryl Josh Gordon is currently Senior Vice President, Tax & Acting Treasurer for Kyndryl, a leading technology services company and the largest IT infrastructure services provider in the world. Previously, Josh served as Vice President, Finance – Controller, IBMAmericas, where he helped lead strong sales performance across the Americas; and as Vice President, Finance – IBMCloud Platform, where he led the Finance support team for Howard Boville, SVP, IBMHybrid Cloud. In addition, Josh served as Vice President – International Tax for IBM, where he oversaw a teamof tax professionals to ensure that IBMmet its stated financial objectives and to counsel the business on efficient tax structuring. He was also Executive Assistant toMartin Schroeter, IBMSenior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining IBM, Josh worked for PwC, where he counseled large corporate clients on various international tax matters. Josh earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2009 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2002 with bachelor degrees in both Political Science and Accounting.
