Debra Kaya Cisco Systems, Inc. Debbie is the Senior Director of Global Cash and Stock Operations for Cisco Systems, Inc. based in San Jose, California. She is responsible for the Global CashManagement, investment, and defined contribution (401k) operations as well as Global Stock Plan Services andM&A Stock. After joining Cisco in 1999, she has held various roles throughout Cisco’s Finance Organization. Debbie has experience in Sales Finance FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, and Treasury. In addition to working at Corporate Head Quarters in San Jose, Debbie worked within the Investment Operations team in Reno, Nevada and was the EMEA CashManager and acting APAC CashManager based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science fromThe University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
