7 Jeffrey McPhee Analog Devices, Inc. Jeff McPhee serves as Assistant Treasurer for Analog Devices, Inc., leading capital structure initiatives, treasury operations, and FX, Interest Rate, and Insurance Risk Management. Jeff has been working in Treasury for 15 years, with the last 12 spent at ADI, after previous roles with PerkinElmer andMetLife. His time at ADI has seen substantial change, as the company transformed from a stable but insular organization focused primarily on Analog chips, to a high- growth, acquisitive and diversified chip company. That transformation has allowed Jeff the opportunity to build experience in a wide array of core treasury functions and capital markets initiatives, including the semiconductor industry’s first Green Bond and the TMT sector’s first Sustainability-Linked Bond. Jeff lives with his wife, two boys, and their dog inWalpole, Massachusetts.
