You can quickly reset your CitiManager Password and retrieve your User ID by following the steps below:
Select ‘Forgot User ID’ or ‘Password’ from the login page (citimanager.com/login)
For a forgotten password, you will need to know your user ID
For a forgotten User ID, you will need your full card number and CVV/CVC.
