Welcome to Spring!!

The Citi team is currently preparing for the GSA annual survey. Please be on the lookout for the email notices and the invitation to key HL1-HL4 contacts. We hope to see increased participation this year so encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete the GSA annual survey. We welcome your feedback on what is going well and what areas require additional focus. Please add your voice to this important feedback process.

We are also preparing for GSA annual training forum in New Orleans and are thrilled to be returning to an in-person event this year. We are focused on refreshing content and finding ways to add more interactive engagement during our sessions. We are also just excited about the opportunity to connect with many of you in person – in some cases, for the first time. We hope to see many of you there.

As you look ahead to the remainder of the fiscal year, please engage with us on your priorities, challenges and opportunities. We are ready to help and want to play a role in supporting your agency/organization goals and mission.
