Introducing the CitiManager App: Starting in Q4 FY17, our new app will be available for cardholders who are on the go. The app is compatible with mobile devices, including tablets, and will be available free of charge. Cardholders can use the app to view their account summary, access their current statement and up to five prior statements, review unbilled transactions, review payments and make a payment. New This Quarter – PDF Statements VIA Email

Citi will be rolling out PDF Statements via Email over the next couple of months. Cardholders may elect to receive their monthly account statements via Citi secure email. Additional information on opting into PDF statements via email will be provided once the functionality is live.

There is a one-time setup where cardholders choose a Secure PDF password to open the PDF statement. Each month a statement is generated, cardholders who have enabled the feature will receive an email from Citi Commercial Cards with an attached PDF. To open the PDF, the cardholder must input their Secure PDF password.
