Paper Applications – Preventing Rejects

If you are part of  the small percentage of APCs submitting paper applications for IBAs, you need to make sure you are using the most current version of the form. Effective immediately, any paper applications received on an old form will be rejected with a request to resubmit on the new/current IBA application form.

Benefits of Electronic (Online) Applications

Rather than having to deal with paper applications and their possible rejection, APCs should strongly consider the use of the online application instead.

Additional benefits include:

  1. The current version is always displayed
  2. Easier and faster than paper applications
  3. Ability to track application status
  4. Fewer errors from illegible handwriting and faxing
  5. Supports Government No paper -"Green" initiatives
  6. Can still print out a paper copy if necessary

2 The applicant receives an email with instructions to apply for a travel card.
3 After the applicant completes their portion of the form, their The supervisor of the cardholder will receive an email with instructions on how to review and approve the application. after the cardholder completes their portion.
