Q – How do I submit an online application? What are the benefits?

A – The Agency Program Coordinator initiates the online IBA application by logging into www.citimanager.com/login and following the path below:

Click on Webtools > DoD:SP2:DoD TRAVEL tab (hierarchy level begins with 20001) > Card Management > Account Management > New Application

Fill out the Demographics and Controls Section ensuring that all required fields with asterisks are filled out and click submit.

Q – What are the benefits?

  1. Easier and faster than paper applications
  2. Fewer errors from illegible handwriting and faxing
  3. No paper - "Green"
  4. Can still print out a paper copy if necessary

Q – How can I add, delete, or modify a Point of Contact in CitiManager?

A – To view a simulation and interactive training course for adding, updating, or deleting a contact, please register and take the lesson titled “DoD Travel: CCMS CBT – Hierarchy”.

Follow the path to locate and take the class: www.citimanager.com/login > Web Tools > Citi Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS) > Click on DoD Travel > Locate the Class Titled DoD Travel: CCMS CBT – Hierarchy > Click on the Expand Button located in front of the name of the class > Click on the Computer Base Training Module > Click Register > Click Submit > Click Start
