Terms and Conditions:
You currently receive a billing statement ("statement") in the mail when your Citi card account identified above has had activity and you also receive other notices (including legal notices) relating to your card account identified above ("notices") in the mail, such as notices of an amendment to your cardholder agreement. Signing up for the Paperless Initiative means that we will stop mailing your paper copies of those statements. It also means that we will stop mailing you paper copies of those notices to the extent we make them available electronically now or in the future. Instead, we will make those statements and notices available to you on the CitiManager web site. We will send an email reminder each time your statement is ready for viewing. We will also send you an email reminder any time we have a notice ready for you to review.
Once you're enrolled
You will receive an email when your statement is ready, and receive an email any time a notice is ready for your review. You can view your statement online, including details for any purchase, and view your other notices online, at your convenience. You can download or print up to 12 of your most recent statements – right from your computer. You will stop receiving statements and notices (that are available electronically) in the mail shortly. Plus, it's easy to enroll as many card accounts as you'd like in the Paperless Initiative – it's only a two-step process.
Getting a Paper Copy of a Statement or a Notice
You can print your statement or a notice, save it to a file on your computer, or call the number on your statement or on the back of your card and request a paper copy.
Cancelling Paperless Statements and Notices
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in paperless statements and notices, and would like to receive statements and other notices regarding your Citi card account in paper form, simply login to CitiManager and click on the "Statement" tab and select the "Go Paperless" sub-tab. Ensure there is no checkmark in the paperless field and click "I Agree".

Minimum System Requirements
Your privacy and security are important to us. That's why we require you to use a browser with 128-bit security encryption to proceed with your request. This protection helps to ensure that the information you send and receive will remain confidential.

Paperless Statement and Notices Authorization
To view and retain a copy of your electronic statement and notices, you must be able to view and save or print documents in PDF format. Additionally, your browser must meet the Minimum System Requirements.
By clicking the link under "I Agree" in the email, you agree and confirm that: (1) your computer meets the Minimum System Requirements and your computer is capable of printing and storing a copy of your statements and any notices in PDF format; (2) you authorize Citi to stop sending you statements and notices in paper form; and (3) you are willing to receive statements and notices electronically only. (Please note that you may receive one or more statements or notices in paper form as we process your enrollment.)
