Ronit Ghose is the Global Head, Future of Finance, Citi’s think tank for the future of money and technology. Ronit’s current areas of focus include Digital Assets, the Metaverse, Web3, the applications of AI to Finance and other frontier topics. Previously, Ronit was Global Head of Banks and Fintech Research for Citi.
Ronit is an Advisor to various Governments, Universities, VC investors and tech firms in the UK, UAE and Africa. Prior to joining Citi, he worked at the British Bankers’ Association and was a research assistant in the UK Parliament for a former Prime Minister. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford & a postgraduate diploma from the University of London.

Phil has been with Citi for over 26 years and has spent most of that time working across Citi Operations, Technology and major incident response teams. Since 2020, Phil has been responsible for developing and executing Citi cyber and resilience exercises, and is currently the lead of Cyber Fusion in EMEA.

Since 2018 Feliks manages the group treasury in JetBrains, one of the leading global software developers, where he is responsible inter alia for cash & liquidity management, FX and interest risk management, trade finance, investment strategy and bank relationships for all group entities globally.
Feliks has accumulated over 20 years of treasury and banking in EU and CIS , which resulted in a perfect combination of the executive experience in treasury management, deep knowledge of financial markets and efficient client relationship skills.
He received PhD in Economics at the age of 25 and in 2013 graduated from the Executive Academy of Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) with Professional MBA Banking degree.

Peter joined Citi in 2022 as the Europe Cluster Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and the TTS Head for Citibank Europe plc, based in Dublin. He is also an Executive Director on the Board of Citibank Europe plc.
Prior to joining Citi, he spent 12 years at Bank of America – firstly as Co-Head of EMEA Product Management, Global Transaction Services, based in London, where he had regional responsibility across payments, liquidity management, correspondent banking, wholesale banknotes, trade finance, commercial card, and network expansion. Subsequently he relocated to Hong Kong for 4 years as the Head of Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Global Transaction Services for Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 2010, Peter spent 12 years at Citi, based in Paris and London. During that time, he was responsible for several areas within the TTS business, including head of FI Payments, head of Domestic Payments, SEPA Program Director and TTS Industry & Regulatory strategy.
Peter graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in Accounting & French.
Principal Director, Head of Europe & UK Citi Client Advisory Group
Britt Jensen is Principal Director Europe & UK for Citi TTS Client Advisory Group based in London. She has more than 25 years’ experience within the treasury space both from corporate treasury and financial sector. Before joining Citi Britt was Head of Treasury Operation & Systems for Tesco Plc Group and prior to this role heading up GSK’s Global Strategic treasury projects. Before her corporate treasury experience, Britt worked in various transactional banking roles covering both product and solution sales in areas such as liquidity management, working capital advisory and ERP/TMS integration. Britt holds a Master Degree in Organisation and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
National Technology Officer, Microsoft Czech Republic and Slovakia
Dalibor Kačmář is the National Technology Officer and is currently working with industry leaders and regulators to implement digital transformation strategies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leading initiatives in the field of cyber and information security and artificial intelligence, including their popularization. He has been working for Microsoft since 1998, where he later worked in various technology and management positions. He was involved in software development, led the cloud division at a time when the cloud began to conquer business, and today he focuses on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy and, last but not least, artificial intelligence. He graduated from the Automation technology and Control at the Technical University of Ostrava. There, and at Northwest Missouri State University, he earned a doctorate in the same field. For 12 years, he worked at a number of universities in the Czech Republic, the USA and Finland, where he professionally focused on information technology.
Citi Commercial Banking Global Fraud Manager, Citi
Elif has been with Citi for more than 20 years in many roles across the organization, majority of this time was within the fraud space. She has worked on different areas of fraud management such as investigation, detection and analytics, including managing large teams under Head of Fraud Analytics and Head of Fraud roles under the Citi Consumer organisation, prior to her being appointed as Citi Commercial Banking Global Fraud Manager in 2021.
EMEA Head of TMT and Ecommerce Sales, Citi
Ross McEwan heads up Citi’s Business Development team in EMEA for Ecommerce solutions, including online payment acceptance, as well as being responsible for the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector for Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions in the region. He has been with Citi for five years, prior to which he ran Large Corporate Cash Management Sales at major UK Domestic bank, RBS/NatWest. He has spent time in London and New York, and worked in roles across Sales, Advisory and Product. He started his career working at Hewlett Packard in Finance before moving into Treasury Services at Bank of America Merrill Lynch 16 years ago. Ross graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Mathematics and Economics.

Jan has over 27 years of experience. He started his career as a software engineer working on Voice Recognition systems. He then worked as a management consultant helping multinationals improve their operations. In 2000, he started Technology Investment Banking in Europe. He moved to Asia in 2007 and is currently the APAC Head of Investment Banking for Citi.
Jan graduated from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom with a Master of Philosophy in Economics. Prior to that, Jan received a Bachelor Degree (double major in Economics and Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence) from University of Sussex, United Kingdom.
Treasury Manager Europe Fleet, CORPAY
Since Jan 2023, Irena is Europe Fleet Treasurer. In this role, Irena is responsible for building the Treasury in Europe, its development into efficient SSC for Cash & Treasury Management, better use of capital & compliance with Global Treasury policies. This includes responsibly for identification and implementation of successful and innovative solutions for payments and receivables, reporting & reconciliation, cash flow forecast, and cash pool.
Prior to this, Irena worked 20 years in large international banks. She started her career in Raiffeisenbank CZ, spent exciting 11 years in Citi CZ, UK & Russia, then moved to Deutschebank Russia. In different times of her professional life, Irena was responsible for cash management sales, product as well as was heading Cash Management in Prague.
Irena holds a PhD. & Masters degree from University of Economics in Prague.
Country Officer Czech Republic, Central Europe and Ireland Cluster Head, Citi
Munir Nanji is Citi’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Central Europe and Ireland Cluster Head, and Citi Country Officer for Czech Republic. As CEO of Central Europe, he oversees Citi’s franchises in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia as well as 11 Hub-managed countries in Central Europe. He is responsible for leading the disciplined growth of Citi’s businesses, whilst maintaining the highest standards of franchise governance.
Prior to his current role, he was the Asia Pacific Region Head of the Global Subsidiaries Group in Citi’s Banking Capital Markets and Advisory business, based in Singapore, being responsible for Citi’s Multinational Client relationships spanning across 15 countries in the region. Munir has previously worked internationally across Asia, Europe and Africa, in various countries and regional corporate banking, product management and legal entity governance roles. Prior to Citi, he also worked for UniCredit supporting their expansion phase across Central Europe. He started his career as a management associate with Citi in Kenya.
Munir holds a 1st Class Honors degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from INSEAD and an MPhil on Strategic Decision Making and Governance from the Cranfield School of Management. He is a Wharton alumnus. In his personal time, Munir is an active mountaineer and ultramarathon runner. He also contributes to academic research and teaching.

Tabitha Smith is Head of Digital FX Solutions in UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Corporate and Financial Technology companies in addition to serving as Global Lead of FX Strategy for Financial Technology and eCommerce companies.
Tabitha manages a team of 11 people across London, Dubai, Dublin and Bulgaria who focus on helping clients leverage technology to optimise their FX processes and risk management in addition to enhancing clients cross border payments and eCommerce propositions.
Tabitha joined Citi in 2012 and prior to her current role served as an FX salesperson in London managing corporate and financial technology companies across Western Europe at Citi.

David is the GenAI & Technology Lead at the AI Center of Excellence team at PwC Czech Republic.
He boasts extensive experience from his time working at a startup in Silicon Valley and in Prague, where he took on roles as a co-founder and CEO, specializing in software as a service powered by Machine Learning.
