Citi Appointed by Blackrock to Provide Trustee, Global Custody and Fund Administration Services for Newly Launched Fund

Hong Kong – Citi has been awarded a new mandate from BlackRock to serve as Trustee for BlackRock Premier Funds, a brand new Hong Kong-domiciled Unit Trust Fund. In addition, Citi will support the launch of the inaugural fund with its full suite of global custody and administration services.

Launched on August 1, 2013, BlackRock Premier Funds further illustrates the increasing interest in growing Hong Kong as a fund domicile amongst some of the world's biggest asset managers.
