Citi Appointed Depositary For Coca-Cola HBC AG’s ADR Programme
London – Citi has been appointed by Coca-Cola HBC AG (“Coca-Cola HBC”), one of the largest bottlers and vendors of The Coca-Cola Company’s products in the world, as the depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. Citi’s appointment follows the successful Share Exchange Offer by Coca-Cola HBC AG for all the ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of Coca-Cola Hellenic Company S.A., which closed on April 19.
