Changing your Security Code

Use the Service Centre to change your 6-figure “T-PIN” security code (required when calling CitiPhone or your Relationship Manager).

  • Access the Service Centre via your My Citi dashboard.
  • Click Change Security Code or T-PIN in the sidebar.
  • You’ll receive a One Time Password by text message. Type this into the box and click Continue.
  • Enter your new security code twice and click NEXT.
  • A box appears to confirm your code is changed. Click OK, and remember to use this code the next time you call us.
