- Click Service Centre on your My Citi dashboard to access.
- The Service Centre allows you to:
- Send and receive secure messages on any subject.
- Activate a new card, or cancel and replace a lost, damaged or stolen one.
- Change your CitiPhone T-PIN CitiPhone if required.
