CitiDirect Online Banking is Citibank®'s web based electronic banking solution. CitiDirect Online Banking is a sophisticated, user-centered interface that can offer our customers global access, enhanced, customized reporting capabilities and online technical and customer services and support.

With CitiDirect Online Banking, from a single terminal you can access information "real time" regarding your accounts throughout Latin America as well as in North America, Europe and other specified countries. Payments can be initiated through CitiDirect BE Online Banking from your accounts in North America, Europe and other specified regions.

  • CitiDirect Online Banking uses a standard web browser with enhanced security features. Our customers will be able to access CitiDirect in a manner similar to many other secure Web-based sites and can be accessed from anywhere in the world, at any time.
  • CitiDirect Online Banking software can be accessed directly from the CitiDirect website at or CitiDirect's installation CD-ROM. Once the installation of this software is complete there will be no further installations or maintenance required as further application upgrades or maintenance will be done automatically after sign-on to the internet.
  • You will use a personal User ID provided by Citibank to see your account information "on-line."

Treasury Vision is a service that aggregates and consolidates data from multiple sources to provide multi-bank, multi currency, multi-asset information. It also provides powerful, comprehensive financial analytics to turn the aggregated account data into useful information.

Citi® identifies, collects and classifies data from Citigroup and other third party banks on behalf of our clients. Global data is collected using SWIFT messaging. The information is then normalized and standardized into a uniform, useable format. Citi proactively manages timeliness of data on behalf of clients, resolving missing information flows or inaccurate inflowing data issues.

  • Information Visibility: Enterprise-wide visibility of global financial information (whether cash, investment, or debt) aggregated into a single service to support enterprise liquidity and risk management activities.
  • Efficiency: Enables Treasury to focus on using information, not collecting it.
  • Analytics and forecasting Tools: Powerful analytics and forecasting functionality that are highly customizable at the client and user level; more powerful than most Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and more flexible in user customization of information views.
  • Multi-bank connectivity: Consolidated, real-time monitoring of financial information without daily administration process for their cash manager or treasury analyst.
  • Centralized control: over treasury-related reporting.
