Welcome to Citi Perspectives for the Public Sector. It is an understatement that technology has transformed our lives. We now take for granted the vast computing power in our smartphones and the immediate access we have to almost all the information and convenience of the contemporary world. Yet with some notable exceptions, the public sector in many countries has lagged the private sector in deployment of technological innovations.
