Carmen Haddad
Vice-Chair, Middle East Wealth Management
Ms. Carmen Haddad is the vice chair of the board and has been the Citi Saudi Arabia Chief Country Officer until December 2024. Carmen joined CPB Middle East in January 2000 and has held several senior client coverage and management roles. She began her career in 1993 at JP Morgan Chase in London in the Asset Management Division after which she worked as a financial consultant at Lehman Brothers until 1997 covering Middle East & North Africa Institutional and Private Clients and subsequently joined Merrill Lynch for 3 years in Private Client Services focusing on U.S. equity trading and alternative investments.
In June 2013, Ms. Haddad was appointed Co- Chair of Citi Women Network for the UAE and is a Regional Board member of "Injaz Al Arab". Carmen is also an eight-time winner & Hall of Fame member of CPB Chairman's Council. Ms. Haddad graduated with a bachelor's degree in arts from the University of Richmond.

نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، إدارة الثروات في الشرق الأوسط
السيدة كارمن هي نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وقد شغلت منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة سيتي جروب السعودية حتى ديسمبر 2024. انضمت كارمن إلى مجموعة الخدمات المصرفية الخاصة (CPB) في الشرق الأوسط في يناير 2000 وشغلت العديد من المناصب العليا في تغطية العملاء والإدارة. بدأت حياتها المهنية في عام 1993 في جي بي مورغان تشيس في لندن بقسم إدارة الأصول، وبعد ذلك عملت كمستشار مالي في ليمان براذرز حتى عام 1997، حيث غطت العملاء المؤسسيين والخاصين في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، ثم انضمت لاحقًا إلى ميريل لينش لمدة 3 سنوات في خدمات العملاء الخاصين مع التركيز على تداول الأسهم الأمريكية والاستثمارات البديلة.
في يونيو 2013، تم تعيين السيدة كارمن رئيسًا مشاركًا لشبكة سيتي النسائية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وهي عضو في المجلس الإقليمي لـ "إنجاز العرب". السيدة كارمن هي أيضًا فائزة ثماني مرات وعضو في قاعة المشاهير لمجلس رئيس CPB حصلت السيدة كارمن على درجة البكالوريوس في الآداب من جامعة ريتشموند.
Fahad Aldeweesh
Board member and CEO
Mr. Fahad Aldeweesh brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held senior leadership positions at leading international banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans across investment banking, private equity, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial markets, brokerage, and custody services.
Currently, Mr. Aldeweesh serves as Chief Country Officer & Banking Head, overseeing Citi’s operations in Saudi Arabia. In addition to his executive role, he is a board member of the Saudi Exchange, Aseer Investment Company, and King Faisal School. He is also actively involved in the Capital Market Institutions Committee, where he chairs the Arranging & Advisory Sub-Committee.
Mr. Aldeweesh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Arizona. He is also a CFA charter holder.

يمتلك السيد فهد الدويش خبرة تزيد عن ٢٠ عامًا في قطاع الخدمات المالية، حيث شغل مناصب قيادية عليا في بنوك دولية مرموقة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. تمتد خبرته إلى مجالات تشمل الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، والملكية الخاصة، وأسواق رأس المال للأسهم، وأسواق رأس المال للديون، والتصنيفات والائتمان، وعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، والأسواق المالية، والوساطة والحفظ.
حاليًا، يشغل السيد الدويش منصب الرئيس التنفيذي الإقليمي ورئيس القطاع المصرفي لمجموعة سيتي في المملكة العربية السعودية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فهو عضو في مجلس إدارة تداول السعودية، وشركة أصول للاستثمار، ومدرسة الملك فيصل. كما يشغل منصب عضو مجلس إدارة في لجنة مؤسسات سوق رأس المال، حيث يترأس اللجنة الفرعية للترتيب والاستشارات.

Ebru Pakcan
Board Member, Head of Middle East & Africa Cluster
Ms. Pakcan was appointed Head of Middle East & Africa Cluster in May 2021, leading the Citi franchise, and serving clients across 59 markets, including Central Asia. Ms. Pakcan is based in Dubai.
Prior to that she was the Head of Global Trade business at Citi since February 2020. In this role, Ms. Pakcan was actively engaged with Citi's clients across Corporate, Financials Institutions and Public Sector entities, developing working capital and trade financing solutions to meet their evolving requirements. She led a team of business managers, product and sales specialists across the globe in a set of diverse markets and disciplines.
Previously she headed up Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region based in London. Prior to that, Ms. Pakcan managed the Global Payments and Receivables business for the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) based in New York until Nov 2016 and held the same position for EMEA region based in London between 2008 and 2012.
Ms. Pakcan joined Citibank in Turkey in 1997 as a Project Manager in Technology department and later expanded responsibilities in Operation and Technology division in various management positions. She held numerous roles across multiple countries including the position of the Securities Country Manager (SCM) in Turkey, managing the custody and clearing business. In 2004, she moved to London to lead the Transaction Services EMEA Implementation team, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new business mandated by Citi’s institutional clients in the EMEA region.
Ms. Pakcan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
Ms. Pakcan has been actively engaged with the Payments and Trade industry, having served on the Board of CHAPS Clearing Company in UK and the Board of The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. in the United States. Ebru has also served as a Director on the Board of Citibank Europe Plc in Ireland and is currently a Director on the Board of Citigroup Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Mutlaq H. Al-Morished sits as a board member of GCC Board Directors Institute, Bank Audi and Small & Medium Enterprise Bank (SME Bank). Chairman of the board of National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) & Citi Group in Saudi Arabia.
Prior to his present post, He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TASNEE, Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance (CFO) at SABIC, Vice President of Metals SBU, EVP Shared Services, President of SADAF and HADEED, consecutively. He was also Chairman of the Board of YANSAB, SABIC Capital in Netherland, SAUDI KAYAN, SABIC Captive Insurance Limited in UK and Alinma Investment Co. He was board member of Alinma Bank, Alinma Tokio Marine (ATMC), Gulf Petrochemical & Chemical Association (GPCA), General Organization of Saudi Arabian airlines, Gulf Bank in Bahrain, Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA), A. M. Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. TASNEE, Saudi General Authority for Military Industries, TRONOX (NYC), And the Advisory Board for Economic Affairs of the Supreme Economic Council of Saudi Arabia. Mr. AL-Morished holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Physics & Mathematics from the University of Denver.

يشغل الأستاذ / مطلق المريشد حالياً عدة عضويات في مجلس إدارة كل من, معهد أعضاء مجالس الإدارات الخليجي، بنك عودة، وكذلك بنك المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة. كما يشغل منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة كل من الشركة الوطنيه لتصنيع وسبك المعادن ( معدنيه) و مجموعة سيتي السعودية. لقد شغل الأستاذ / مطلق المريشد عدة مناصب إدارية كان آخرها الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة التصنيع الوطنيه. ونائب الرئيس التنفيذي للمالية في شركة سابك وكذلك نائب الرئيس للخدمات المشتركه ونائب رئيس مجموعة المعادن ورئيس كل من شركة حديد وصدف وكذلك شغل منصب رئيس مجلس ادارة كل من ينساب وكيان السعودية وسابك للتأمين في المملكة المتحده وسابك كابيتال في هولندا وذلك قبل التحاقه بشركة التصنيع الوطنية. كما أن الأستاذ / المريشد كان لديه عدة عضويات في مجلس إدارة كل من المؤسسة العامة للخطوط الجويه العربية السعوديه, شركة الإنماء طوكيو مارين, بنك الإنماء، شركة ألمونيوم البحرين (ألبا)، شركة عبدالله محمد بن سعيدان وأولاده العقاريه، شركة التصنيع الوطنيه، شركة ترونوكس، الهيئة العامه للصناعات العسكريه، وكذلك منصب عضوية المجلس الاستشاري للشؤون الاقتصادية في المجلس الاقتصادي الاعلى.
كما أن الأستاذ / مطلق المريشد حاصل على درجة الماجستير في ادارة الاعمال من جامعة ستنافورد وعلى درجة الماجستير في العلوم في الهندسة النووية من جامعة برنستون وكذلك على درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم في الفيزياء النووية والرياضيات من جامعة دنفر بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
Ali Husein Alireza
Board Member
Ali Husein Alireza is the managing director of Haji Husein Alireza and Co. Ltd., Saudi Arabia’s oldest automobile distributor. They are currently importers and distributors of Mazda vehicles from Japan, MAN trucks and buses from Germany, and Aston Martin cars from England. HHA also owns National Computer Systems Co., one of Saudi Arabia’s oldest information technology companies.
Alireza became a board member of Haji Abdullah Alireza & Co. in 2020. The company’s activities include shipping, travel and tourism, IT and communications, transportation, industrial investments, and real estate.
His first position was asset and wealth management at a major bank in New York City, which helped him acquire significant experience in the world of finance and banking.
Alireza has been part of various corporate boards in businesses such as retail and investment banking, insurance, and consumer finance, and spent 18 years on the board and executive committee of SAMBA before it merged with National Commercial Bank to form Saudi National Bank.
He has also been a member of various committees in the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1986 until today.
He currently holds a number of important leadership and management roles. He is the chairman of Hertz Rental and Leasing (Al-Wasilah Rent A Car Co. Ltd.), NATCOM, AJIL Financial Services Co., and the chairman of the board of the Arabian Petroleum Supply Co.
