Bucharest – Citi Romania has today announced the launch of its new cards platform that will give Commercial Card clients access to additional benefits such as convenient online self-servicing, a dedicated Customer Support line and a new self-service activation model. One of the main features of the offering is CitiManager, a globally available online card program management tool that can be used by both cardholders and company representatives. The program enables companies to gain complete visibility of their local and global expenditure as well as streamline their financial processes. Users can conveniently self-service, view their statements and perform program transactions online.
Utilizing the new dedicated customer support line, clients can obtain information about their card, change their card activation PIN and block their card at any time.
Through the new self-service activation model, corporate clients can activate their corporate cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moreover the advanced offering brings the Chip & PIN technology to all cardholders in Romania.
